Wearing the right size bra can make a difference to how you look and feel.
Finding the right size for you is not always easy to determine with a tape measure and it is important to recognise that brands will vary from each other.
The following information is a guide to help find your correct size and should be used as a starting point. If you need any assistance either email firstname.lastname@example.org or call 024 76 633898 and we will endeavour to help.
This is the main supporter, taking the weight of the bust. If the bra fits properly the band will be level front and back. If the band rides up the size is too big.
The cup is the main shaper of the bra. If the bust bulges over the cup it is too small. If the cup puckers or creases, its too big. Underwires will offer extra support and shape. If they are not flat to the breast bone or dig into the bust, the cup size is too small. If they dig into the underarm, the cup is too big.
The shoulder straps should feel comfortable and not dig in. Support from your bra comes mainly from the band with the straps offering stability and some support.
The underwire should sit against the chest wall encasing the breasts and not pressing on breast tissue.
